DMCA

JAVCT respects the rights of copyright owners and expects its visitors to do the same. This page explains how to ask us to remove material that you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

What JAVCT hosts

JAVCT is an index. Video players shown on this website are embedded from third-party services, and we do not store video files on our own servers. We will still act on every valid notice that concerns a page of javct.lol.

How to send a notice

Send your notice by email to [email protected]. To let us act quickly, please include:

  1. Your full name, company (if any), postal address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or URLs on javct.lol where the material appears. Notices without URLs cannot be processed.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices as soon as possible, normally within a few working days, and disable access to the listed pages when the notice is valid. If you believe a page was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Please note that knowingly sending a false notice may make you liable for damages.
